IN CONVERSATION WITH

FLORRIE THOMAS

On a sunny autumn morning, we caught up with Florrie Thomas— stylist,  brand consultant and co-founder of Wrapp10, who has previously worked at Condé Nast Traveller and Harper's Bazaar. Florrie styled her favourite pieces from our new AW24 collection and shared insights into her personal style as well as her exciting new consultancy business.

Shot at the stunning Beaverbrook Town House, located on Chelsea's Sloane Street, this charming boutique hotel provided the perfect backdrop, overlooking the captivating Grade II-listed Cadogan Gardens. The two beautifully restored Georgian townhouses host 14 suites, each customised by interior designer Nicola Harding. Every suite is named after and styled in homage to renowned London theatres. Upon check-in, guests are greeted by character, opulent textiles, and carefully curated artwork that tells the story of each theatre.

Do you have a favourite piece from our AW24 collection, and why?

It's hard to choose but I think the houndstooth coat stands out as a favourite. We are all so often drawn to simple (dare I say boring?) black coats thinking they will work with everything but actually this coat is so versatile and a real 'outfit maker'. I love the idea of it with trainers, jeans and a white t-shirt (I think I'd size up so it was super oversized) just as much as a glammed-up for winter weddings or worn over more polished separates for work.

Who is your biggest inspiration and why?

My mum - in terms of style she is such a chic and considered dresser and so true to her personal style and she's full of kindness, wisdom and good advice.

Are you working on any exciting new projects at the moment?

I've just launched a new digital personal styling consultancy called WRAPP10 (with co-founders Sara Parker Bowles and Lucy Baxter). The aim is to democratise personal styling making it more accessibly priced and more convenient. We've recruited some amazing stylists and, after choosing the one that matches your aesthetic, you have a video consultation and receive bespoke styling advice and suggestions. In an overwhelming fashion landscape we want to make shopping a more personal and mindful experience. Just because a magazine or influencer says you need something it's often not necessarily what you're looking for so our aim is to help with whatever your brief may be. I'll definitely be recommending some of these gorgeous velvet dresses to my clients for winter weddings and parties.
