UK Standard delivery (2-3 working days): £5 (or free with orders over £500)
UK Next Day delivery: £7.95 (available with orders placed before 1pm, Monday-Thursday. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.)

UK Returns
Please note that we cannot accept online returns at our Elizabeth Street store.
To return an item, please visit our Return portal HERE or visit 'Create a return' found in the footer of our website, to book in your return and produce a return label. You will need your order number and post code or email address. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email.
Please return all items unworn within a 28 day period. If for any reason you are unable to return the item in this timeframe, please contact care@beulahlondon.com within the 28 day period and a member of our team will endeavour to assist you.
Please note: making a UK return to Beulah costs £7.50 which will be deducted from your total refund amount due back to you.
We offer refunds on undamaged items purchased online within 28 days of the date of delivery. Please note that returns can take up to 10 days to process after they have been delivered back to us. Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange request and should you require a new size, you will need to place a new order.
In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still. If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that the item must be clean (with no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
If you receive an item which is damaged please notify us immediately with the 28 day return period. Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they have been received damaged, or a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please note that damage that has been caused by “wear & tear” is not considered as faulty product. If possible all faulty items will be replaced with the originally purchased item. If this is not possible a full refund will be made.

If you order from us from outside the UK, there may be import duties and taxes that you will need to pay in order to receive your item, in addition to the shipping fee. Please be aware you are fully responsible for paying these additional costs. We are unable to predict the amount. We have no control over these charges, nor can we remove them or discount them. We recommend you contact your local customs office if you have any queries surrounding this.
Please note that in the case where a customer has refused customs import payment your return may take some time to process as couriers do not prioritise these shipments. We can also be charged a surcharge fee for refusal which will be deducted from your refund.
Please note shipping times provided do not include customs handling times.
International Returns
To return an international order please email care@beulahlondon.com with your name, order number and reason for return within 28 days of receiving your order. Once approved we will send you your returns label.
Please note: we do not offer pre-paid postal returns, for international orders this is dependant on country and you can contact care@beulahlondon.com when requesting a return for more details. The price of the label will be deducted from your refund. Returns can take up to 10 days to process after they have been delivered back to us.
Duty fees may be applied to your return if you choose to create your own label. We have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. The customer will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. We therefore advise you to contact our team first so that we can create your label as a return to avoid these extra fees.

How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day. During exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sale there may be a slight delay.
Please be aware that if you are ordering for international delivery we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange request and should you require a new size, you will need to place a new order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as an order has been processed and dispatched, Beulah London will send you a shipping confirmation email which will contain both a link for you to track your shipment.
Archive Sale
Please note all online archive sale orders are final sale and cannot be returned. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit note online if your item is not quite right for you.
The style I'd like to purchase is a pre-order, how does that work?
From time to time we launch styles ahead of their official release on our website. This will be stated as PRE-ORDER underneath the size selection with an estimated date of when the stock is able to be dispatched. Before placing a pre-order, please ensure that the despatch date is suitable for your needs. If you require further assistance with this or clarification on the delivery date, we highly advise that you email care@beulahlondon.com ahead of placing an order.
If your order contains atleast one pre-order item you will receive a single delivery to reduce our carbon footprint. This delivery date is dependent on the pre-ordered style. If this is not suitable for you, we recommend you place separate orders so that your in-stock item can be dispatched as soon as possible.
Markdown policy on past orders
Please note that markdown prices cannot be applied to past orders, we do not offer price adjustments.
If you believe your order has been delayed or lost in the post, please contact us immediately at care@beulahlondon.com and we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
Unfortunately, we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. For this reason, we recommend that you send your purchase to a safe and secure location.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your online order, please inform us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to assist you. You can contact us at care@beulahlondon.com with 'I'd like to cancel my order' as the subject line. Alternatively you can send a text message or Whatsapp to the online team on 07826 194 352 or use our live chat option on our website. Please note our customer service hours are 9am - 6pm, Monday-Friday. If your order has already been despatched, we are unable to cancel this and instead you will need to return the item to us once it is received.
The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your package and we will then email you to confirm it’s arrival. It can take up to 10 business days from the receipt of the return package to initiate the refund.

We only sell our products via our own website www.beulahlondon.com and our store, 77 Elizabeth Street, SW1W 9PJ.
